The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will process your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For replacements : Once you request for an exchange\/replacement, we will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will deliver the exchanged product within 5-7 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide is-style-wide--4\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can cancel your order through the CANCEL button in the order details page under the My Account section.
