At Aaradhya Technologies LLP, we respect your right to change your mind. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you may cancel an order, what happens to your payment, and how we handle your personal data during the process.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order if:
- The request is made before the order is dispatched
- The product is not custom-built, non-returnable, or marked as final sale
- You provide your order ID and a valid reason for cancellation
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—but you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Returns Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
Data Handling During Cancellation
Any personal data collected during the cancellation process—such as your name, contact details, and payment information—is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not retain cancellation-related data longer than necessary, and we apply strict safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Exceptions
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
