Returns and Refunds

At Aaradhya Technologies LLP, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for both physical and digital products purchased from our platform.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most physical products within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be:
• Unused and in original condition
• Packed with all accessories, labels, and tags
• Returned in the original or secure packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at:

You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with instructions on how to send the item back.
Once approved, pack the item safely, include the proof of purchase, and send the parcel to:

Please include your RMA number clearly inside the package.
If a prepaid return label is provided, you may use it. In eligible cases, shipping fees for returns will be covered or reimbursed by us.
3. Refund Process
After the returned item reaches our facility, it will be inspected by our team.
Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within:
3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
• Items that are damaged due to misuse
• Products not returned in their original condition
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
5. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (ebooks), refunds are not provided once the file has been delivered, except in cases of:
• File corruption
• Incorrect product delivery
• Failed access after payment

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately at admin@aaradhyatechnologies.co.in
We will arrange:
• A replacement, or
• A full refund
depending on your preference and product availability.
